Designer on both multiplayer versions "versus" of Splinter Cell -
Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory, Pascal Luban, the General
Manager of the studio has developed a very practical understanding of
what it takes to build fun, rich and balanced levels.

design
Level design is to game development what directing is to movie making.
It is the fine art of orchestrating whatever gameplay resources and
mechanisms are supplied by the game designer. Having worked on several
level design assignments Pascal has acquired a valuable expertise
demonstrated by his publications and references.

Game
and level design audit
We can provide assistance
to a publisher or a developer looking for an outside assessment on an
existing game or level design. Our audit protocols use statistical
analysis to clearly identify the scope of a problem. Game and level
designs audits have been conducted for prestigious client such as
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.

Playtest
coaching
Playtests put the players
at the center of the development process of a game. They can
significantly improve the gameplay of a title. Pascal has set up
and managed several playtest structures for Ubisoft and has
conducted playtest coaching for 10Tacle.
