Fields of Expertise Level design for multiplayer games Pascal Luban, the General Manager of the studio has been Lead Level Designer on both multiplayer versions of Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory,.He has also designed CTF-Tornado, the leading map of the UT3 Extreme PhysX Mod produced by Ageia. Pascal has developed a very practical understanding of what it takes to build fun, rich and balanced levels. Level design Level design is to game development what directing is to movie making. It is the fine art of orchestrating whatever gameplay resources and mechanisms are supplied by the game designer. Having worked on several level design assignments Pascal has acquired a valuable expertise demonstrated by his publications and references.
